Fall / Holiday Dates:
First Rehearsal: – Tuesday, September 15th, 7PM
7:30 PM Friday, December 4th, 2026
at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church (Greenport)
7:30 PM Saturday December 5th, 2026
at Southold First Presbyterian Church (Southold)
3:00 PM Sunday, December 6th, 2026
at Orient Congregational Church (Orient)
Rehearsals for the Chorale are on Tuesday nights at the Southold Presbyterian Church, (7:00 – 8:30 pm) Sectional rehearsals begin at 6:30 some Tuesdays.
For the fall season, rehearsals will commence on Tuesday, September 15th, 2026 at 7:00PM. First- timers should come early to register.
All Chorale members and recent participants will receive dates and information from the secretary by email when it becomes available.

What we do.
The Chorale presents two sets of concerts a year, Spring and Winter. The next performance will be:
Saturday, July 4th, 2026 – 7:00 PM – “Star-Spangled Concert” (Rain Date: July 5th, 7:00 PM) celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary with the Cutchogue / New Suffolk Historical Council at the Village Green in Cutchogue, NY
Our Historical Origin
The North Fork Chorale was originally called “The Southold Town Choral Society.” The first performance was April 28th, 1936 in the Mattituck HS Auditorium. The Choral Society evolved from a group that met for dinner & song at Dorothy Lehr’s home in Southold. The Society with 58 members rehearsed in the Town Clerk’s office.
